  • 6+ years in analytics, governance support, enterprise reporting, portfolio operations, business operations, or Project Management Office support
  • Direct experience building integrated reporting, scorecards, portfolio views, or decision-support outputs
  • Direct experience supporting enterprise governance or prioritization rhythms, including tracking decisions and actions
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Tableau experience
  • Strong Power Apps, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to synthesize information and communicate clearly
  • Working knowledge of low-code or no-code tools for workflow and reporting automation

Nice to have

  • Background in Human Resources, Project Management Office, operations, analytics, finance, or similar settings
