What they ask for
Required
- 10+ years of engineering experience
- At least 4 years in engineering leadership managing QA, DevOps, platform engineering, release engineering, or SRE
- Deep quality engineering background with hands-on automation framework building or modernization
- Demonstrated success transitioning from manual-heavy QA to automation-first practices
- Experience building automation across web, APIs, and native mobile applications
- Experience implementing release gates and go/no-go decision processes
- Hands-on experience with modern automation technologies like Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or Maestro
- Strong technical background in Microsoft .NET and Azure environments
- Experience operating cloud-native applications using Kubernetes, preferably AKS
- Working knowledge of Helm, containerized delivery, and infrastructure automation
- Strong CI/CD and release automation experience, preferably Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of Agile development practices
- Background in platform reliability, production incident response, and root-cause analysis
- Technical depth to engage in solution design and architecture discussions

- Fintech, core banking, or digital banking platform experience
- Familiarity with credit union or community bank client environments
- Knowledge of Angular, Swift, or Kotlin development environments
- Infrastructure as Code experience such as Terraform
