What they ask for
Required
- 10+ years program or project management experience in enterprise software, SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology
- 5+ years people leadership managing Program Managers or delivery professionals
- Experience leading complex cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Security, and Operations
- Proven success building, scaling, or transforming Program Management or PMO organizations
- Understanding of Agentic AI-driven SDLC and program management processes with governance and accountability models
- Experience managing portfolio governance, risk management, capacity planning, and executive communications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Nice to have
- Experience with data security, encryption, tokenization, key management, or compliance technologies
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
