- 5+ years administering an enterprise Learning Management System
- Advanced Docebo or comparable enterprise LMS administration experience
- API integration experience
- Custom automation and scripting using Google Apps Script, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages
- Workflow automation and business process optimization expertise
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Strong written documentation and communication skills
