- Experience executing allocation strategies
- Understanding of allocation principles and inventory productivity measures (WOH, S/T, Builds)
- Ability to interpret data and develop business narratives from insights
- Cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Handle multiple simultaneous projects with accuracy and urgency
- Data analysis and visualization experience for reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
