- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of spacecraft thermal engineering experience
- Lead on-orbit thermal support and anomaly resolution
- Define thermal fault detection and recovery limits
- Support thermal testing activities
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience in fast-paced or high-growth technical environments
- Basic programming experience in Python, MATLAB, or similar
- Experience with engineering data analysis tools
