Required
- 8+ years in global benefits, People Operations, HR operations, or related field
- Experience administering global health, welfare, leave, retirement, and pension programs
- Experience with self-insured health plans including claims, utilization, stop-loss, and renewals
- Experience managing brokers, consultants, carriers, and vendors
- Strong benefits data, eligibility, payroll coordination, and audit capabilities
- Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to simplify complexity
Nice to have
- Experience in high-growth technology, financial services, or regulated industries
- Experience with global benefits governance, benchmarking, or harmonization
- Experience with multi-country leave, pension, or statutory benefits
- Experience with M&A, post-close integration, or new-country launches
- Familiarity with HRIS, benefits administration, or leave management platforms
- Experience supporting distributed or remote-first workforces
