What they ask for
Required
- Deep SPM implementation experience with platforms like Planview, Clarity, Jira Align, ServiceNow SPM, or Targetprocess
- Fluency in demand management, capacity planning, investment funding, and benefits realization
- Understanding of project, portfolio, and strategic management maturity stages
- Credibility with PMO directors and portfolio leaders
- Ability to run SPM implementations end-to-end independently
Nice to have
- SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or ServiceNow CIS-SPM certification
- Atlassian ecosystem experience or hands-on time with Tempo products
- Prior practice-building experience at a consultancy or vendor services organization
