Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 14+ years experience, or Master's/Doctoral degree with 12+ years experience
- 4+ years managing people
- Experience in multinational, publicly traded company or Big 4 public accounting
- Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, consolidations, revenue recognition, and statutory reporting
- Ability to lead cross-functional geographically dispersed teams across Americas, EMEA, and APAC
- Extensive SOX compliance, risk management, and audit coordination experience
- Proficiency with global ERP systems, consolidation tools, and reporting platforms
Nice to have
- CPA or equivalent international accounting qualification
- Manufacturing operations or Life Sciences industry knowledge
