What they ask for
Required
- 3–5 years warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory management experience in electronics manufacturing
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and documentation compliance
- Written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional coordination
- U.S. Person eligible to obtain export authorization and security clearance
Nice to have
- Associate's degree or vocational certification in logistics or related field
- Proficiency with E2 JobBoss and NetSuite
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing
- Hi-rel EEE component handling and SMT kit preparation experience
- Knowledge of ITAR/EAR compliance for material handling and shipping
- Understanding of FAR/DFAR and DCMA warehouse audit experience
- Experience with 5S, Lean, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Prior experience mentoring or leading a small warehouse team
