  • Technical fluency in VLSI design cycle, silicon validation and correlation

  • Critical thinking and synthesis of complex technical data into actionable plans
  • Negotiation and presentation skills; influence without direct authority
  • Expert-level Smartsheet proficiency including advanced automation and dashboarding
