What they ask for
Required
- 2–5+ years installing and supporting network equipment and servers in a data center or critical facility
- Experience supporting high-speed data, voice, IP, and network infrastructure
- Working knowledge of power systems including PDUs, ATSs, and UPSs
- Understanding of data center power and HVAC environments
- Ability to plan installations, manage inventory, and maintain documentation
- Willingness to work rotating on-call weekends and one of two shift schedules
Nice to have
- Exposure to AI tools, automation, or data-driven technologies
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation and procedures
- Familiarity with DCIM tools and ticketing systems
- Experience coordinating vendors, materials, and project work
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of coursework and experience)
