What they ask for

Required

  • Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, formal welding certification, or technical/trade school completion
  • 2–4 years of hands-on mechanical fabrication, welding, and assembly experience
  • Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding on various metals
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
  • Familiarity with manual mills, lathes, grinders, and metalworking tools
  • Exceptional safety commitment and safe work practices
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances

Nice to have
