What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Mining Engineering
- 4–10 years experience in mining, mineral processing, or heavy industrial environment
- Minimum 3 years dedicated maintenance planning or scheduling role
- Hands-on experience with computerized maintenance management system (SAP, Maximo, PRONTO, or Ellipse)
- Direct experience planning and scheduling maintenance activities and managing work order backlogs
- Experience coaching or training maintenance staff
- Professional or native fluency in Bahasa Indonesia
- Willingness to be stationed on-site for assignment duration
Nice to have
- Experience in copper, nickel, base metals mining, or equivalent heavy process industry
- Formal maintenance or reliability qualification such as CMRP
- Working proficiency in English
