Required
- 7+ years in product quality, manufacturing quality, or process engineering roles
- Experience with system integration in FATP environments
- Experience qualifying manufacturing processes including PSA/HAF, epoxy, and soldering
- Ability to develop IQC/IPQC/OQC controls and sampling plans
- Understanding of quality principles and statistical tools
- Mechanical process development and design knowledge
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%
