Required

7+ years building technical strategy and driving software delivery with CI/CD systems or equivalent platform work with broad organizational impact
Experience building and scaling internal developer platforms with multi-tenancy, self-service paced paths, adoption focus, and tenant isolation
Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language (Go, Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Java) with production service experience
5+ years with containers, Kubernetes, package management, infrastructure-as-code, GitOps workflows, and cloud services (AWS, GCP)
Experience with delivery and productivity metrics (DORA, SPACE) and platform observability to measure release quality
Proficiency with GenAI-assisted developer tooling and judgment integrating agentic workflows into CI/CD safely
Experience leading cross-team technical work and communicating trade-offs to diverse partners
Experience mentoring engineers and fostering inclusive, collaborative engineering culture

Nice to have

Exposure to artifact and package management (Artifactory or similar) with attention to security, retention, cost, and usability
