Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of quality engineering experience
- 6+ years of people leadership including managing managers
- Hands-on technical depth with test frameworks and automation architecture
- Experience leading multiple portfolios or programs simultaneously
- Experience managing blended teams of full-time employees and contractors
- Builder mindset and comfort with ambiguity
Nice to have
- Built or contributed to AI-driven QE frameworks including test generation and intelligent triage
- Hands-on experience with LLM evaluation frameworks
- Experience integrating GenAI assistants into QE engineering workflow
- Proven track record mentoring senior engineers and tech leads into leadership roles
