Required
- Master's degree in oncology PA/NP with doctorate in progress, or accredited doctorate in basic/life science (PharmD, PhD, DScD, DNP, DO)
- Minimum 12–13 years of related experience depending on education path
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
- Leadership and people-management skills
- Frequent travel (50% or more)
Nice to have
- Minimum 6 years in pharmaceutical industry
- Oncology MSL management experience
- Minimum 8 years as an MSL in therapeutic oncology
- Prior people-management experience with similarly credentialed staff, or mentorship from a prior manager
