Required
- 10+ years strategic sourcing or category management in technically complex hardware programs
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Finance, or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting U.S. Government contracts with knowledge of FAR/DFARS, DPAS, ITAR, and CUI requirements
- Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies and lead RFQ/RFP processes
- Demonstrated people-management experience with individual contributors
- Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS flow-downs, domestic sourcing, DPAS, ITAR, CUI, and cybersecurity requirements
- Ability to assess technical requirements and translate them into supplier criteria and risk mitigation
- Experience with ERP, procurement, or supplier management systems
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain U.S. Personnel Security Clearance
Nice to have
- Experience sourcing radar, RF, satellite, or space hardware and electronics
- Experience structuring long-term agreements and capacity commitments
- Experience in ITAR, export-controlled, or highly regulated supplier environments
- Experience supporting new product introduction and scaling supplier readiness to production
- CPSM, CPIM, CSCP, MBA credential
- Familiarity with NetSuite, sourcing tools, supplier scorecards, and compliance reporting
- Experience supporting classified programs and secure supplier environments
