What they ask for
Required
- US Citizen
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience in PLM/PDM engineering data management, configuration management, or product structure role
- Expertise building and managing multi-level CAD-sourced BOMs with variant/option management
- Knowledge of engineering change management processes (ECO/ECN workflows, deviations, waivers)
- Proficiency in at least one major CAD platform (SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or NX)
- Experience managing data integrations between PLM and ERP/MES systems
- Strong analytical skills to trace data flows and identify structural errors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel or equivalent data tools
Nice to have
- Aerospace or defense experience
- Configuration management planning documentation experience (CMPs, CSA, FCA/PCA)
- Experience supporting model-based enterprise (MBE) or digital thread initiatives
- Power BI or similar reporting platform experience
