Required
- 10+ years building experimentation platforms, statistical analysis systems, or data-intensive backend services
- Applied statistics knowledge including hypothesis testing, sequential analysis, variance reduction, and power analysis
- Experience with adaptive experimentation ML systems such as contextual bandits or Bayesian optimization
- Track record designing systems across multiple data warehouses like Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or BigQuery
- Backend programming expertise in Go, Python, or similar languages
- Experience with event-driven architectures and large-scale data processing
