- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years leading engineering projects
- Deep technical understanding of structural integrity verification and mechanical system integration
- Project governance and scope management
- Vendor contract negotiation and subcontractor oversight
- Technical leadership across project lifecycle phases
- Engineering trade study and analysis capability
- Build and test flow planning and execution
- NASA standards and FAA regulatory compliance knowledge
- Ability to work evenings and weekends to meet critical milestones
