What they ask for
Required
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree
- Active pharmacist license in good standing
- 3+ years practicing as a pharmacist
- Experience training or precepting pharmacy staff
- Knowledge of federal and state pharmacy regulations and FDA/USP standards
- Experience developing training programs and competency assessments
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with GDP
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail with focus on accuracy and patient safety
- Flexibility to work day or night shifts and travel between sites
- Strong knowledge of USP <797>, <795>, <800> and cGMP regulations
Nice to have
- Pharmacy operations, mail-order, telehealth, or compounding experience
- Experience with Quality Assurance and Compliance on CAPA and deviation management
- LMS platform experience
