- Prior direct management experience leading and developing teams
- Working knowledge of data center infrastructure including electrical, cooling, cabling, fiber optics, and storage systems
- Experience with DCIM tools, preferably dcTrack
- Ability to operate effectively in mission-critical environments with uptime and reliability requirements
- Proven track record of driving results and holding teams accountable
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
