Required
- Minimum 8 years of practical backend or platform engineering experience
- Experience building scalable distributed systems at tech lead level or equivalent
- Strong fundamentals in service-oriented architectures, networking, and systems design
- Proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, or similar systems languages
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and/or multi-cloud networking
- Full ownership of work from design through deployment and operations
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound technical decisions independently
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field
