Required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in turbomachinery
- Turbine design and aerodynamic/structural analysis experience
- LCF and HCF analysis experience
- Knowledge of industry standard turbomachinery design and analysis tools
- Knowledge of turbopump assembly procedures including rotor balancing, interference fits, clearance checks, structural proofing, and leak checks
- Strong communication skills
Nice to have
- Transient thermal/aerodynamic analysis experience
- Forced response analysis experience
- In-situ mode shape and blade deformation measurement experience
- Experience overseeing turbomachinery development and/or test campaigns
- Proficiency in Siemens NX and Teamcenter
- Startup or agile development environment experience
- Flight development program experience
