Required
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of distribution center experience
- 1+ year of management or people leadership experience
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs
- Able to walk warehouse floor and stand for extended periods up to 12 hours
- Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends
- English proficiency
