Required
- 12+ years biopharma commercial experience with deep oncology focus
- 7+ years oncology sales leadership
- National or senior regional leadership experience
- Proven track record launching solid tumor therapies
- Experience in alliance, co-promotion, or matrixed commercial models
- Understanding of oncology account ecosystems and KOL dynamics
- Knowledge of regimen-based adoption and sequencing
- Familiarity with IDNs and community GPO ecosystems
