Required
- Graduate from an approved medical assisting program, military medical training (Hospital Corpsman, Combat Medic, or Medical Service Technician), or graduate of an approved school of Practical Nursing
- Completion of a clinical externship or extensive clinical experience (for Medical Assistants) or current Ohio Licensed Practice Nurse license (for LPNs)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
