- Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Technical aptitude and basic understanding of mechanical, fluids, and avionics disciplines
- Ability to travel to test and launch sites and work shifted schedules or weekends for critical milestones
Nice to have
- Graduate degree in engineering or related field
- Experience with aerospace ERP systems and technical planning
