Required
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Thermal, or Computer Engineering or equivalent
- 6+ years in hardware platform engineering, systems engineering, ecosystem engineering, or technical partner management
- Knowledge of server, data center, AI infrastructure, networking, storage, or high-performance computing platforms
- Expertise in at least two of: electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or thermal engineering
- Understanding of hardware development lifecycle from concept to mass production
- Strong communication and partner management skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25–40%
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience with AI server platforms, GPU systems, high-density compute, or hyperscale data center deployments
- Familiarity with thermal simulation tools, CAD platforms, and hardware validation methodologies
- Experience with liquid cooling and rack-level cooling architectures
- Knowledge of server and data center infrastructure standards and certifications
