This role owns the product strategy and roadmap for BDC Connect, SAP's data integration platform that connects enterprise data across clouds and SaaS tools for analytics and AI. Required

  • Extensive product management experience in data infrastructure, cloud platforms, or enterprise software
  • Deep understanding of data platforms including connectivity, sharing, governance, performance, and security
  • Hands-on familiarity with the modern data stack and major platform players
  • Working knowledge of Apache Iceberg, Delta Lake, distributed systems, and at least one systems language
  • Track record of enabling AI and ML workloads through shipped data products
  • Ability to operate as single product owner across multiple engineering teams
  • Customer-facing experience from real enterprise engagements
  • Engineering or technical consulting background
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with SAP portfolio and BDC
  • Knowledge of SAP data integration
