- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Expertise in Configuration Management and Data Management for complex integrated products
- Experience developing and conducting technical design reviews and audits across multi-discipline systems
Nice to have
- 9+ years of related work experience (Level 4)
- Master's degree in engineering or systems engineering
- Hands-on design or manufacturing experience on 787 or other commercial airplane programs
- Ability to analyze complex trades and produce change proposals with risk assessments
- Experience with PLM/PDM tools like Enovia, Teamcenter, or Windchill
- Knowledge of aerospace change processes and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with software configuration and MBSE
- Experience integrating CM/DM with Agile practices
