- Deliver exceptional customer service and follow Peet's service standards
- Prepare handcrafted beverages to high standards for taste, appearance, and consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked coffeebar
- Demonstrate reliability with consistent attendance and punctuality
- Minimum availability of two days per week including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- At least 16 years old
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Able to perform various physical tasks during shifts
