Required

  • 2+ years in BI or analytics with hands-on SQL-based data modeling in production
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong SQL including CTEs, window functions, and query optimization
  • Hands-on production experience building SQL transformation models with dbt or comparable framework on a cloud warehouse
  • End-to-end BI dashboard building experience with Power BI, Databricks, Looker, or similar
  • Ability to gather and validate requirements directly from business stakeholders
  • Capability to diagnose whether issues stem from data, logic, or underlying business process
  • Comfortable working independently in a forming data environment
  • Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to have

  • Experience with Databricks, Unity Catalog, or modern cloud data warehouses
  • Familiarity with git and version control for analytics code
  • Background in manufacturing, robotics, or operationally complex, high-growth environments
  • Experience building or maintaining a semantic layer or metric governance process
