What they ask for

Required

  • 3+ years customer success, account management, or partner success experience
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and commerce content publisher landscape
  • Familiarity with affiliate metrics (EPC, AOV, conversion rate, cookie window, attribution)
  • Working knowledge of ad technology fundamentals (CPC/CPM models, contextual targeting, fill rates)
  • Ability to manage client portfolios across onboarding, performance, and growth
  • Strong analytical skills with performance data and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to prioritize across varied portfolio and manage competing demands

Nice to have

  • Direct experience working with or selling into digital publishers
  • Familiarity with retail media concepts
  • Experience with impact.com's platform or Trackonomics
  • Knowledge of publisher revenue diversification strategies
  • Experience working with programmatic platforms at a working level
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
