Required
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or related field
- 7–10 years process engineering or manufacturing science experience in biopharmaceutical or sterile manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with Drug Substance processes (IVT, chromatography, TFF, LNP systems)
- Support process design and equipment specification in regulated manufacturing
- Experience with process simulation and modeling for design and scale-up
Nice to have
- Master's degree
- Bioprocess skid design and automation experience
- Process analytical technologies (PAT) experience
- Cross-functional technical project leadership
- Experience with personalized or individualized manufacturing
- GxP/GMP compliance training or certifications
- Strong understanding of FDA, EMA, and ICH regulations
