What they ask for
Required
- Associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field
- 6+ years supporting automated manufacturing equipment
- Expertise in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- PLC/HMI platform experience (such as Rockwell)
- Schematic interpretation skills
- Machine and electrical safety knowledge (LOTO, NFPA 70E)
- Problem-solving ability in fast-paced production environments
- Flexibility for off-shift or on-call operations
Nice to have
- Lean Six Sigma and statistical analysis experience
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments
- FDA compliance knowledge
- Advanced automation certifications (ISA CCST, CAP)
