What this role is

This role coordinates platform engineering efforts across Anthropic's product teams, ensuring that shared technical foundations actually get adopted and deliver measurable benefits to the entire company. You'll be the connective tissue between engineers building common capabilities and product teams deciding whether to use them, responsible for sequencing roadmaps, resolving conflicts, and establishing the processes that let the organization move faster together.

Required

  • Several years of technical program management experience with a track record of delivering complex cross-functional programs
  • Experience with platform engineering efforts and ability to engage meaningfully with platform engineers
  • Demonstrated success driving adoption of shared capabilities across multiple consuming teams
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple engineering teams and organizations simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills managing parallel workstreams across distributed teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence without authority
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
