  • 12+ years building and operating production distributed systems
  • Strong technical leadership experience including design work and project delivery
  • Deep fundamentals in distributed systems, concurrency, fault tolerance, scheduling, and performance
  • Production experience with Go, Java, or similar backend language
  • Experience with high-scale or performance-critical systems like task queues, scheduling, or workflow engines
  • Strong operational focus on reliability, observability, and debugging
  • Experience designing APIs and platform features for other developers
  • Experience with open source systems or communities
