- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in GMP manufacturing, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or R&D
- Minimum 5 years of broad EHS experience with foundation in occupational safety and industrial hygiene
- Minimum 3 years conducting facility and laboratory audits
- Minimum 2 years performing ergonomic assessments and implementing corrective actions
- Experience interfacing with regulatory agencies and external auditors
