What they ask for
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of hands-on production experience as a machine technician, machine operator, or production operations leader
- Ability to read, understand, and follow production documentation and safety procedures
- Basic math, reading, and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours, lift up to 30 lbs regularly, and lift 80 lbs for up to 20% of shift
- Ability to handle 750-pound bins on casters
Nice to have
- 1 year of coffee industry or food manufacturing experience
