- JD or LLB (or equivalent)
- Minimum 4 years of transactional experience in digital, consulting, systems integration, and/or outsourcing
- Minimum 2 years negotiating intellectual property and data privacy issues
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu
- Proven negotiation skills with principle-based strategy understanding
- Ability to manage large transaction volumes independently
- Experience negotiating and drafting technology-based agreements
