Required
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, aeronautical, mechanical engineering, or related engineering discipline
- 5+ years of progressive, related manufacturing engineering experience
- Demonstrated ability to support complicated assembly builds and make risk decisions to keep production moving
- Strong interpersonal skills to interface with engineering and manufacturing teams
- Engineering fundamentals in statics, mechanics of materials, process improvement, fastening and joining, and machining
- Expert knowledge of drilling and trim operations, manufacturing processes, inspection methods, and GD&T
Nice to have
- Direct experience with forming, welding, drill, trim and fastening operations for aerospace products
- New product introduction of aerospace hardware into a manufacturing, test, and production system
- Experience managing projects in fast-paced environments
