- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with good driving record
- Established residency within 20 miles of base office
- Pennsylvania residency required within 120 days
- Ability to splice hard line cable, passives, and electronics
- Ability to climb and work on poles, ladders, and support structures
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
- Ability to pull trunk and feeder cable into trenches
- Knowledge of building structures
- Knowledge of commercial phone systems
- Union membership (required to acquire and maintain)
Nice to have
- Associates degree in related technical field
