Required
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering, or closely related discipline
- 6–8 years of experience in quality or manufacturing
- Knowledge of quality systems, quality assurance and control, risk assessment, and product non-conformance management
- Ability to interpret quality data and lead corrective actions
- Knowledge of consumer safety, hygiene controls, laboratory practices, and regulatory compliance
Nice to have
- Hands-on manufacturing experience in a site-based environment
- Experience supporting audits, supplier quality, innovation projects, and continuous improvement programs
