- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field
- 5+ years of technical product management or product-minded engineering experience at Staff or Group PM scope
- Strong customer orientation with ability to synthesize feedback into revenue-driving decisions
- In-depth understanding of cloud technologies and services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Experience building and launching storage products (block volumes, file systems, or object storage)
- Ability to define and scope ambiguous cross-functional initiatives with minimal guidance
- Analytical mindset with data-informed decision making
- Exceptional communication and ability to influence stakeholders across engineering, finance, and executives
Nice to have
- Direct technical experience with storage hardware, protocols, or file systems
- Familiarity with object storage access patterns including public access and multi-tenant permissions
- Familiarity with backup, replication, and disaster recovery product design
- Familiarity with cloud storage economics and tiering strategy across hot, warm, and cold tiers
- Experience managing or mentoring other product managers
