Required
- 5+ years quality inspection experience in aerospace manufacturing
- Expert proficiency with precision hand tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gages)
- Ability to work with design engineering, manufacturing, and production teams on quality issues
- Thorough inspection and strict compliance with quality standards
- Clear communication across inspectors, engineers, production staff, and quality stakeholders
- Experience with MRB processes and non-conforming hardware
- Ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, lift up to 25 lbs
Nice to have
- Prior experience inspecting COPVs and avionics hardware
- Ability to take initiative and lead quality improvement projects without formal authority
- Highly organized in ambiguous or undefined environments
- Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification
