Required
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of related work experience
- Mechanical inspection methods and surface plate work
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Understand Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance to ANSI Y14.5
- FAI validation and verification process knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Engineering drawings and specifications knowledge
- Flight test documentation completion
- Non-conformance documentation
- Pre and post-flight visual inspections on aircraft
- Remove and replace field replaceable components on aircraft
- Excel spreadsheet population for flight test documentation
- Work efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Travel daily to remote flying sites
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Willingness to work overtime
- U.S. citizenship or U.S. person status for ITAR compliance
Nice to have
- 2-year technical degree
- Quality system courses or equivalent experience
- Aerospace quality management system experience (AS9100DD)
