Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Aerospace, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on algorithm development for real-world problems
- Strong C++ and Python programming skills
- Experience shipping production software on Linux
Nice to have
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science or related field
- Background in sensor processing, robotics, and GNC systems
- Field-testing and troubleshooting of complete robotic systems
- Technical knowledge of perception algorithms including computer vision, 3D point cloud processing, state estimation, sensor fusion, and SLAM
- Experience with multiple sensor types including camera, LiDAR, radar, IMU, and GPS
- GIS experience including spatial transformations, map projections, and digital elevation models
- Training and deployment of deep learning models for AI/ML applications
